Hi, I’m Joni

I’ve been where you are.

I was in clinical burnout, navigating perimenopause in my early 20s, and feeling like no matter how much harder I worked- I was always failing. I tried every strategy of exercise, diet, meditation, and mindset work to get me past this feeling, but nothing worked consistently because my nervous system was frozen.

Through years of learning, experimenting, and integrating Quantum Science-backed nervous system techniques, I found a way to soften out of the debilitating cycles of burnout, reconnect to my body, and create real regulation in my daily life.

Now, as a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I have helped hundreds of people:

  • Build real regulation in daily life instead of waiting for a vacation to rest

  • Understand their body’s signals and uncover lifestyle imbalances

  • Learn their limits and expand capacity safely

  • Connect with emotions, subconscious patterns, and somatic awareness

  • Identify energetic imbalances showing up in the body

  • Move forward with clarity, presence, and sustainable energy

  • My 1:1 individual sessions are fully personalized and range from modalities including breathing assessments and somatic breathwork, Himalayan sound healing, quantum energy balancing, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic stress management maintenance. Together, these sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, energetic recalibration, and long-term resilience—helping clients reduce overwhelm, improve recovery, shift subconscious patterns, and create a more grounded relationship with their body, mind, and daily life.

  • The Coherence Foundations Cohort is a 6 week live co-regulatory group experience with three intakes per year, created to help people better understand the nervous system patterns shaping how they respond to stress, pressure, and daily life. Inside the shared container, participants learn to identify their unique stress states, witness how these patterns are mirrored in others, and practice specific tools that support each state. The result is greater self-awareness, nervous system flexibility, and the ability to move through life with more choice, steadiness, and coherence.

  • This immersion program provides guidance for not only stabilizing, mobilizing and regulating the Nervous System but also building capacity expansion, combining somatic work with energy and subconscious support.
